Domaine Chandon offers a two-hour "wine discovery" class designed to give both beginners and wine enthusiasts the chance to experience the wine behind the wines.

With a maximum of eight people in each class, Sunday School is held at the Historic Homestead at Domaine Chandon and gives guests an intimate opportunity to celebrate premium wines.

Guests learn how to taste wine properly and explore how chardonnay and pinot noir work to influence the taste of sparkling and still wines. They take a behind-the-scenes tour to see how sparkling wine is made, from the vine to the bottle, and taste wines in progress.

Sunday: 11am to 1pm.
Cost: $55 per person.
